Job Responsibilities:

* Assist in Recruitment and interview coordination globally between candidates and line managers
* Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records.
* Administer benefits and coordinate with vendors.
* Create and update Excel-based reports and headcount dashboards.

Job Requirements

* 1-2 years' HR operation experience or internship experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
* Excellent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
* Detail-oriented, organised, and discreet.
