Responsibility: 

• Report to Senior Manager, Field Operations, HK.
• Lead and manage the team of Registered Safety Officers for Service.
• Coordinate and manage the database of Work Instruction.
• Develop safety programs and audit plans and implement them with a view to cultivate a strong safety culture with zero serious incidents and fatality
• Conduct Safety Training programs and deliver training to employees and subcontractors
• Evaluate, maintain and review the EH&S management system to ensure the EH&S policy and procedure are carried out efficiently.
• Lead and conduct incident investigation, safety audit and site inspection to ensure the compliance of local law and in-house requirements.

Requirement: 

• Degree in engineering, safety, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction, engineering, safety and / or elevator / escalator industry.   Experience in people management is an asset.
• Registered Safety Officer / Safety Auditor with Labour Department
• Sound knowledge of EH&S management.
• Occasional night work is required.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Candidate with less experience could be considered for Assistant Manager, Service Safety
