Job Description
You are required to report to Manager and provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with appointed EV consultant for project documentation and compliance
- Assist in preparing and organizing paperwork from project initiation to completion
- Support administrative, reporting, and communication tasks related to the subsidy scheme
- Track project milestones and maintain records in coordination with management and stakeholders
- Participate in occasional meetings
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- At least 1-year relevant experience in property management
- Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and occupants independently
- Strong logical thinking, writing, and communication skills.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
