Finance Manager, System & Transformation

We are partnering with an MNC to hire a Finance Manager, System & Transformation. This role will lead global finance SAP system transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and enable technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a global finance transformation roadmap.
• Analyze and optimize current finance processes for efficiency.
• Define requirements for SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate automation tools (RPA, Power BI).
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions.
• Drive change management and training for new processes.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure adoption.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA qualification required.
• 8 years' experience in finance or process improvement.
• Proven track record in finance transformation and global operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and RPA tools.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain sectors preferred.
• Ability to design processes independently and manage change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset.
