Responsibilities:

• Source and perform supplier pre-evaluation by conducting compliance check and interviews

• Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to collect sourcing demand and planning

• Perform planning and sourcing duties including managing tender and evaluating offers, comparing price and analysis, negotiating effective price and conducting contract management

• Manage supplier performance and relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with contractual obligations

• Analyze the cost and develop appropriate strategies with stakeholders

• Participate in Supply Chain duties as assigned

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

• At least 5 years’ experience on supply chain aspects, especially on tender process management

• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese

• Good communication, organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office. Familiar with Oracle system is preferred

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced. Possess can do attitude and accept new challenges
