Tasks                   :

• Monitor daily cargo operations and be main contact person for GHA and HK Airport Authorities on flight operational issues 

• Flight booking loading instruction (CBA) to GHA in the collaboration with Indoor Sales Team 

• Supervise the ULD building up to optimize aircraft weight and volume

• Aircraft loading monitoring, ensure safety flight operation and optimization to best contribute to the company 

• ULDs management

• Special Cargo checking and handling, include temperature control, valuable and live and shipments

• Regular update on changes regarding new security procedures and CHM

• Attend regular meetings with GHA and other service providers to ensure services are up to required standard 

• Attend the required trainings online or on site 

• Keep update on the training records of the colleagues in the office

• Prepare and participate the station audit held by headquarters 

• Assist the operations of other APAC stations if required 

• Establish good relationships and strengthen the collaboration with Lufthansa Cargo 

Requirements     : 

• High School Diploma

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 

• At least 5 years experiences in airfreight handling, aircraft operations and knowledge of ULD configurations 

• Team spirit oriented, proactive and motivation

• Clean driving license

• Computer knowledge

• Knowledge of local custom regulations

• Willing to work shift and work under pressure
