Our client is a well-known company in HK and they are looking for a Cloud Engineer (K8S) to cope with their business.

Responsibilities:

• Kubernetes Cluster Management: Oversee the deployment, management, and scaling of Kubernetes clusters in various environments (development, testing, production).

• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines to automate application deployment on Kubernetes.

• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Utilize monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of Kubernetes clusters; troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

• Security Best Practices: Implement security measures within Kubernetes environments, including role-based access control (RBAC), network policies, and compliance practices.

• Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for Kubernetes processes; provide training and support for team members on Kubernetes best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience with Kubernetes: Proven experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.

• Cloud Provider Knowledge: Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their Kubernetes services (such as EKS, AKS, GKE).

• Containerization Proficiency: Strong skills in containerization technologies, especially Docker, and understanding container orchestration.

• Scripting Skills: Proficient in scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, or Go) for automation of operational tasks within Kubernetes.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex issues related to Kubernetes infrastructure and deployments.
