Responsibilities

Reporting to the Events and Promotions Manager of the F&B Department, the incumbent will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support in organizing events and promotions for the team. S/He will work closely with other department members to ensure the successful execution of events and promotions. The main responsibilities include: Collaborating with team members to plan and execute events and promotions; Assisting in the development of action plans and conducting statistical reviews after promotions; Coordinating with both internal and external parties for promotional materials and cash coupon set up arrangements; Preparing weekly and monthly reports on events and promotions, evaluating their effectiveness, and suggesting optimizations if necessary and to handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or other related discipline.

• At least 2-3 year of relevant experience in Tourism, Hospitality, or Event management.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel. Strong skills in data processing or statistical analysis are an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, highly organized, self-motivated, and attention to details.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
