Job Description

主要職責:

處理文書工作，包括檔案存查及準備報表
協助採購、報價、盤存及記錄；支援單位行政及財務工作
為中心行政及活動提供電腦應用技術支援
負責日常當值及支援活動推行

要求:

HKDSE五科達第2級或以上
一年文職工作經驗
良好中英書寫及溝通能力；熟悉MS Office及中英文輸入法
盡責、能獨立處理工作、重視團隊合作精神
持會計/ 簿記/ 電腦設計相關證書，或曾在社福機構工作優先
