Agile Business Analyst – Insurance

About the Role
We are seeking an Agile Business Analyst within the insurance domain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions and driving digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications within an Agile framework.

• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards.

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to resolve issues and manage change requests effectively.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance, with a strong focus on health and claims processes.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in Agile delivery teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational workflows in health insurance is a plus.
