Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation
• Monitor, supervise and motivate property management staff and service contractors, including security guards, clubhouse staff and cleaners, and enforce the House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant
• Handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets, organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees

Requirements

• Degree in a related discipline or a membership of a recognised professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience; OR
• Higher Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Posssession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with residents, the Owners' Committees and the public
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as hands-on experience in various software applications
• Experience in managing high-end and large residential complex is an advantage
