Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all customer service activities in our distinctive properties 

• Handling for general enquires and registration for external visitors 

• Handle and follow up the complaints from households

Qualifications:

• Form 5 graduation above academic qualification 

• At least 1 year in customer services and supervisory level 

• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP) 

• Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and English 

• Familiar with basic computer skills and MS office applications
