職責：

• 協助制定人力資源管理及行政管理相關政策

• 協助處理人事工作，包括招聘、人事紀錄、績效管理、薪酬計算、強積金供款及報稅等

• 協助行政及文書工作，包括撰寫書信、通告、會議紀錄及報告、維修保養、保險、採購、檔案管理等

要求：

• 持人力資源/行政管理/社會科學或相關學科學位優先

• 良好中英文書寫能力、熟悉電腦操作

• 具3年或以上人力資源及行政管理經驗者優先

• 具良好組織及溝通技巧，能獨立工作

• 熟悉僱傭條例

• 良好電腦應用技能

New Home Association (NHA) was founded in 2010 and now provides a comprehensive range of services in Hong Kong and the Mainland.  We are a non-governmental and charitable organization dedicated to providing one-stop professional social servicesfor new arrivals from the Mainland, ethnic minorities and the disadvantaged in Hong Kong.  We aim at enabling them to develop their full potential and to serve the community.  We are also committed to promoting a caring Hong Kong society by joining hands together with new arrivals, ethnic minorities and local sectors.

新家園協會成立於2010年，服務覆蓋香港與內地，致力服務新來港、少數族裔人士及其他弱勢社群的慈善機構，提供優質及專業的一站式社會服務，協助他們適應和融入新的生活環境，推動他們積極投入和參與香港的建設。以四海一家、和諧共融、互惠互助的精神，促進新來港、少數族裔人士及其他弱勢社群融入社會，共同創建平等關愛的社會。
