Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the overall day to day operations including customer service, event management, security, landscaping, cleaning etc.

• Manage and supervise the on-site team to ensure quality services are delivered to clients

• Daily operations management and duty schedule arrangements

• Monitoring of works and services performed by sub-contractors

• Continuous improvement of facilities operations and management process

Requirements:

• Degree in property related studies or facilities management

• At least 2 years’ working experience in property / facilities management

• Solid experience in the management of Grade A Commercial Complex is preferred

• Initiative, responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently

• Good communication skills with good command of written English & Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc.

• Working location in Hong Kong Science Park

• Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Facilities Officer
