*Tier 3 support experience is a MUST*

Responsibilities

• Conduct system and network installation, integration, and configurations

• Prepare technical documentation on infrastructure administration and operations

• Handle administration, operation tasks for hardware, OS, hypervisors, containers, storage, software, backup and security solutions and network devices

• Apply fixes, patches, and updates

• Trouble shooting and technical support

• May work on multiple projects and systems and collaborate with application teams

Requirements

• Degree or above in computer science or equivalent.

• At least three (3) years of IT experience; and

• At least two (2) years of IT experience that covers one or more of the following areas (viz., functional/speciality experience)

• conduct site preparation planning and control, network sizing, implementation and related support services

• conduct system installation, configuration, integration, interface management and performance tuning

• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English

***Less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Support***
