Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with tailored advertising solutions

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven track record in advertising/media sales (bus advertising highly valued)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Energetic, proactive, and culturally adaptable mindset

• Study or work experience in mainland China or cross-cultural environments is a plus

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Sales Manager

Compensation Package:

• Competitive basic salary + commission

• The annual salary for the Sales Manager position can reach up to HKD $600,000, depending on experience and performance.
