业务经理Overseas Business Manager (Nail Art Brand · Hong Kong Team)
【岗位职责】
1.海外品牌战略规划
主导品牌在欧美市场的定位(如目标人群画像、风格调性、价格策略),制定符合当地文化的品牌发展路线图;
结合TikTok、Instagram、Pinterest等海外主流平台特性,搭建品牌内容矩阵,策划差异化传播方案。
2.本地化营销落地
撰写符合欧美消费者语言习惯的品牌故事、产品文案及广告素材,确保文化适配性;
拓展海外美妆博主、美甲师、时尚媒体等资源,策划线上线下联动活动,提升品牌曝光度。
3.跨境渠道与合规管理
对接亚马逊、独立站等海外销售平台,优化产品详情页与关键词策略,提升自然流量与转化率;
熟悉欧美市场法律法规,确保品牌在商标注册、产品合规(如成分标注、环保认证)、数据隐私(GDPR)等方面符合当地要求。
4.数据驱动与优化
跟踪Google Analytics、社交媒体后台等数据,分析用户行为与营销效果,定期输出复盘报告,迭代运营策略;
监测竞品动态与市场趋势,提出产品创新建议,保持品牌竞争力。
【任职要求】
1.核心能力与经验
3年以上欧美市场品牌运营经验,需提供独立操盘的快消品/美妆品牌出海案例;
精通Instagram、TikTok等平台的算法逻辑与内容玩法,有成功打造百万级曝光爆款内容者优先;
英语可作为工作语言(书面/口语流利),能独立撰写英文营销文案并与海外团队无障碍沟通;
熟悉跨境电商运营(亚马逊等電商平台)、海外广告投放(Google Ads、Meta Ads)及SEO优化者加分。

对海外美妆趋势敏感,能精准捕捉目标消费者心理,审美符合欧美主流时尚调性;
具备强抗压能力与目标导向,能适应快节奏工作,独立解决跨文化沟通中的问题;
持有香港身份证,可在香港办公室全职工作(偶尔需配合欧美时区进行跨部门协作)。

【Job Responsibilities】
1.Global Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define brand positioning in欧美 the US and European markets (e.g., target audience profiling, brand tone, pricing strategy) and develop a culturally tailored growth roadmap.
Build a content ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, designing differentiated campaigns
2.Localized Marketing Execution
Craft brand stories, product copy, and ad creatives in native English, ensuring cultural relevance.
Partner with beauty influencers, nail artists, and fashion media to 策划线上线下 plan integrated online and offline campaigns to enhance brand exposure.
3.Cross-Border Channel & Compliance Management
Optimize Amazon listings and independent website pages with SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with欧美US and European regulations, including trademark registration, product certifications (e.g., ingredient labeling, eco-certifications), and data privacy (GDPR).
4.Data-Driven Optimization
Analyze user behavior and campaign performance via Google Analytics and social media dashboards, delivering regular reports to refine strategies.
Monitor competitors and market trends to propose product innovations to maintain brand competitiveness.
【Qualifications】
1.Core Competencies & Experience
3+ years of brand management experience in欧美US and European markets, with proven track records of scaling FMCG/beauty brands overseas.
Expertise in Instagram/TikTok algorithms and content creation. Prior success in creating viral content with millions of impressions is highly preferred.
Fluency in English (written/spoken), capable of drafting English marketing materials and collaborating with global teams.
Familiarity with Amazon/FBA operations, Google Ads/Meta Ads, and SEO is a plus.
2.Attributes & Traits
Keen insight into欧美 US and European beauty trends, with the ability to align aesthetics with mainstream欧美US and European preferences.
Resilient, goal-oriented, and adept at solving cross-cultural challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Hong Kong ID, able to work full-time in Hong Kong (occasional collaboration across欧美US and European time zones required).
