What you’ll do

• Handle day-to-day property operations

• Assist in providing quality property management services in a residential property

• Manage good relationship with tenants/ owners, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner

• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management

• Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress

• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder preferably in Business/ Property / Estate Management or related discipline

• At least 2 years’ experience in portfolio management / on-site property management

• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is preferred

Personal skills you excel

• Presentable, independent, good communications & interpersonal skills

• Proficient in both written & spoken English & Chinese

• Candidates with less experiences will be considered for the position of Property Officer

• Immediately available is an advantage
