What you’ll do

• Handle the daily operation of facility management including monitoring of move, maintenance and cleaning services etc.

• Deliver services in alignment with client SLAs and KPIs, while maintaining compliance with client policies and procedures for administrative and support functions

• Provide tenancy management services, including but not limited to hand-over / take-over of premises, collections of management fee etc.

• Coordinate the maintenance activities performed by tenants and sub-contractors

• Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and complaints

• Prepare various monthly and management reports and analysis

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Key qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in property related studies or facility management

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property / facilities management in sizable organization

• Tier 2 License holder is preferred

Personal skills you excel

• Good communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels

• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability

• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Familiar with PC operations and MS Office
