Responsibilities:

• Partner with local Business Development Team, Middle Office and Back Office Teams for daily operation

• Provide exceptional support to existing user base including market commentary and product education

• Handle enquiry through phone calls, email conversation and live chat with professional manner

• Deliver multiple solutions with great value and services to customers

• Expand Asian market and follow up on feedback and complaints

• Develop and maintain business knowledge

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

• Relationship management and business trip is required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline

• With 2 years experience in key account management and business development

• Enjoy interaction with people and passionate in client services areas within financial institutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese

• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and details

• Well organized, self-motivated, proactive and strong problem-solving skills, able to work within a tight timeline
