Responsibilities 

• Promote insurance products across branches by implementing departmental strategies and business plans, leading marketing initiatives, and enhancing sales readiness and operational efficiency.

• Oversee sales preparation and operational efficiency to optimize performance.

• Deliver training programs to frontline staff covering product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.

• Facilitate mentorship arrangements for newly onboarded sales staff to support their development.

• Track and evaluate sales performance, identify challenges, and provide effective solutions to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance sales within banks, financial institutions, or insurance companies.

• Successful completion of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 or equivalent).

• HKIB qualifications are advantageous; HKIB Certified Bankers are preferred.

• Proven track record in insurance product sales with strong business acumen.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.

• Self-driven, independent, and collaborative team player with strong leadership qualities and a positive attitude.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

• Excellent sales, organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an asset.
