Job Responsibilities

Sales and Administrative Support

• Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team, including preparing basic sales reports and assisting with broker events

• Support Business Development Managers in managing relationships with insurance brokers

• Assist with broker onboarding and provide basic ongoing support

• Assist in streamlining sales processes within the insurance brokerage division

Client Service and Compliance

• Provide client service to brokers and business partners by addressing basic enquiries and providing product information

• Maintain records of insurance transactions, contracts, and agreements

• Assist in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Collaboration and Operational Support

• Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives and business operations

• Assist in organizing broker service tasks, e.g., CPD courses for sales team members and business partners0

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage

• 2-3 years of experience in sales support or brokerage assistance within the insurance industry

• Basic understanding of insurance products, policies, and processes

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of insurance broker management systems is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to assist in implementing solutions

• Insurance certifications are beneficial
