駐地盤工程監督Resident Clerk of Works (Ref. JD_18033RCOW)

駐地盤工程監督的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Clerk of Works shall be as follows: 

• 申請人持有香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院 / 香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院之其中一間工業學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書或同等資格 / 工程資格；
  Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies holder from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent

• 在取得以上資格後具備八年相關之工作經驗 / 五年相關工作經驗其中包括在公共工程項目或在《於公共工程項目中顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊》中第4.5.2節列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤助理工程監督或同等職級的相關工作經驗；
  8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience / 5 years’ relevant experience as RACOW or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook;

• 香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲2*級或以上成績或同等學歷；
  Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent;

  [＊備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)中取獲E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲二等成績。][Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

• 必須具有職業安全與健康或建築安全學士學位、證書、專業文憑或高級文憑
  Degree, certificate, Dip or higher Dip in occupational safety and health or in construction safety

• 具備Grade ‘T3’ of AP-TCP所需的最低資格和經驗要求
  Minimum qualifications and experience required for Grade ‘T3’ of AP-TCP

僱傭合約期暫定為14-15個月，即時上班優先考慮，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 14-15 months commencing immediately with possible extension with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
