AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer-oriented, and interested in joining our Accounting Team.

Reporting to the Accountant, the Accounting Officer position is responsible for daily operations within the team.
 

Responsibilities:

• Mainly handle invoice settlement & expenses reimbursement

• Prepare daily cash reconciliation and cashflow report

• Prepare accounting vouchers, journal entries, support filing and checking

• Input and maintain data into accounting system 

• Assist in month end closing

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent

• With LCCI level II with 1-2 years' experience

• Detail minded and good communication skills

• Able to work under pressure

• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

• Knowledgeable in Accounting System is a plus (Xero and Multiable)

• Positive attitude, mature, independent and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail

• Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply
