【Korean Beauty & Skincare Brand】 Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Hong Kong HQ located near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station.

【Responsibilities】

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with Hong Kong customers; ensure smooth daily customer service operations and continuous improvement

• Handle hotline calls, manage customer inquiries and complaints, and record call details accurately

• Support customers in solving problems and coordinate their needs with relevant departments

• Provide product information and assist with application procedures

• Perform general office administration tasks and carry out assigned duties

• Respond promptly to unexpected situations with strong problem-solving ability

• Identify potential service gaps through customer interactions and propose improvements

【Requirements】

• 5-day work week (fixed Sunday off + 1 day off between Monday and Saturday)

• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service and interaction

• Familiarity with telephone and document handling procedures

• Korean language ability preferred

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage

【Working Hours】

• Office operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 19:00

• Actual working schedule will be based on roster arrangement
