Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our client's Repair Team, responsible for repairing and maintaining the brand's luggage cases. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair luggage cases, including hard and soft shell models.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Stay updated on product knowledge and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Any proven experience in repair or technical services, preferably in the luggage but not a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
