Responsibilities:

• Perform credit risk related management reports for submission to the HKMA, Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank (SCSB) and Management's review

• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of reports related to compliance with the Banking (Exposure Limits) Rules and the Bank's loan portfolio concentration risk

• Conduct independent credit reviews and compile quarterly and annual reports in accordance with The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) regulatory requirements

• Handle sample checking on independent assessments of credit applications from US Branches

• Assist in the enhancement of the reporting process

• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial credit and risk management, and monitoring functions in banking industry preferred

• Knowledge in Banking (Exposure Limits) Rules preferred

• Holder of ECF-CRM an advantage

• Self-motivated with good analytical skill and risk control knowledge

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
