Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the external sales team for pricing related activities including giving quotations to customers according to pricing guideline, arrange rate filings, and conduct follow up actions.
• Provide commercial in house back up for outsides sales.
• Produce booking and forecast reports, and monitor space utilization against allocation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of centralized customer lists.
• Provide tender management support to Sales Support Manager, and Sales team.

Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 2 years experiences in customer facing roles preferably in shipping lines or logistics business.
• Relevant experiences in sales support / indoor sales activities.
• Ability to manage quotations and rate requests.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated.
• PC/Microsoft skills.
