Job duties of this Role:

· Partner with clients to identify business challenges and develop effective digital solutions

· Collaborate with cross-functional on/offshore teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives

· Analyze and assess functional impacts across front-to-back applications

· Conduct requirement analysis to uncover opportunities for business value creation

· Design and document new business processes and system enhancements

· Support the development of project plans, timelines, and business assessments

· Participate in testing and deployment activities, and design and deliver user training sessions to ensure successful adoption

Come JOIN US if you have:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field

· At least 7 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects

· Consulting or vendor experience is an advantage

· Strong background or project experience in insurance operations (e.g., Claims, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, New Business, etc.)

· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital application workflows

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills

· Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

· Agile certification preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PSM I/II)

· Two positions available — candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles (Business Analyst / Functional Consultant)
