Responsibilities 職責﹕

l Prepare full set of accounts

    處理全盤會計賬目及日常收支出納

l Responsible for daily accounting duties including cheque issue, vouchers preparation and bank reconciliation, etc.

    處理日常會計事務包括開票、入帳、出單、核對銀行往來帳目等

l Handle Data entry and documents filing

    負責會計有關資料輸入及文件歸檔

l To support the annual audit and taxation matters

    協助年度審計及報稅事宜

l Assist in month-end closing

    協助處理月結帳目

l To perform ad hoc tasks

    有需時要處理特別項目

 Requirement 入職要求﹕

l F.5 with LCCI higher or above.

    中五或以上程度，須擁LCCI高級程度或以上資格

l At least 3 years accounting experience

    具最少3年會計文員經驗

l Good PC knowledge including Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing is a “MUST” & accounting system ‘MYOB’ is an advantage

    良好電腦使用技巧，包括運用Excel，Word，MYOB會計軟件，及必須懂得中文輸入法

l Fast learner, analytical minded and attentive to details

    能靈活學習，能正確分析事件優先處理次序及細心

l Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

    能獨立處理工作，主動，及能承受壓力

l Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of colleagues

    良好人際關係及溝通技巧

l Immediate available is highly preferred

    能即時上班者優先考慮

Working Location: Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

工作時間：每週工作五天，09:00-18:00
