Job Responsibilities:

• Designing world-class solutions tailored to our clients’ needs

• Demonstrating the passion for technological innovation in operation, service and decision making

• Proactively managing projects and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders: users, solution team, development team, network infrastructure team and service providers

• Taking initiative in business analysis, UI flow, mockup, wireframe, etc. to manage the expectations amongst stakeholders

• Leading multiple work streams and day-to-day activities concurrently, providing tier 1-3 end user support

• Advocating standards and methodologies to improve operation efficiency

• Performing other assigned tasks for the department

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder of IT, business or related disciplines

• 5+ years’ experience in business analyst or related areas is preferred, solid experience on Non- governmental Organisations (NGO) sector is an advantage

• Track record in product development lifecycle in balancing innovation and technical capability

• Practical knowledge in web development and SQL would be an asset

• Strong sense of initiative and a proactive working attitude

• Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and communication skills

• Initial contract term for two years; candidates with satisfactory performance may be considered for permanent employment afterwards based on business needs.
