Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and direct mail to engage customers and drive brand awareness.

2. Manage and optimise CRM database to maintain accurate, up-to-date customer profiles for effective segmentation and personalised communication strategies.

3. Analyse customer data and insights to uncover behavioural trends, identify opportunities, and enhance CRM and marketing performance.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, and digital teams to align CRM initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.

5. Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

6. Stay current with industry trends and emerging CRM technologies to enhance marketing capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.

7. Develop engaging content and promotions tailored to customer segments, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in marketing or CRM, ideally in healthcare or pharma; junior roles (2-3 years)considered with less experience.

• Strong CRM knowledge, data analysis skills, and ability to turn insights into effective strategies using tools like Salesforce and Mailchimp.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; passionate about customer experience and growth; familiar with digital marketing and CRM technologies
