我們正在尋找一位工程部維修策劃員，以實施和優化我們的維修與改進計劃，遵循雀巢工程卓越標準，確保資產可靠性、食品安全合規性以及在快速運行的食品製造環境中將停機時間降至最低。

主要職責：

• 全面落實雀巢工程政策、核心原則和 M&I 框架下的維護與改善計劃及目標

• 在資產及維護管理系統 (AMM) 中創建、更新並記錄維修計劃、任務清單和按資產劃分的 PM03 工作訂單

• 與生產部門緊密協調，安排維修活動，分配資源，並盡量減少對生產的影響

• 管理技術倉庫：包括備件建立、貨物接收、庫存盤點、5S 管理，以及主動發出缺貨風險警報

• 與備件供應商合作，確保關鍵組件及時可用。

• 參與故障分析 (BDA) 討論，推動根本原因解決及預防性改善

理想的人選需具備：

• 3-5 年在製造/工業環境（尤其是食品和飲料行業）的維修計劃或排程經驗

• 對維修流程、設備可靠性以及預防性/預測性維護技術有深入理解

• 熟練使用電腦化維護管理系統（CMMS/EAM），SAP PM/AMM 經驗尤佳

• 熟悉食品安全法規（HACCP、GMP）及衛生工程原則

• 出色的項目管理、組織和優先級設定能力

• 能以流利廣東話 (口語及書面語) 溝通，如懂英語更佳

• 積極主動、注重細節，並致力於持續改善及零傷害運作
