Job Description
Job Purpose
People Operations enables a consistent, seamless and dependable employee experience by delivering accurate, compliant, and timely employee services. This role contributes by providing operational support, ensures precise people data management, and assists across the employee life cycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and high-quality execution of all employee lifecycle transactions independently, including:
Deliver comprehensive operational support to internal teams, particularly in the capture, maintenance, and validation of employee data within the core HR system.
Facilitate work process alignment and provide administrative assistance as prompted by changes in related processes or systems.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to administer end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including but not limited to pre-onboarding arrangements, contract preparation, staff movements, and offboarding procedures.
Conduct reference checks and pursue additional information when necessary.
Execute timely data collection and entry, ensuring all tasks are performed to the highest standard and completed in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage and maintain employee personal files.
Handle employees enquiries as required
Provide support for various ad-hoc duties (e.g. employee activities) as required.
Utilise experience and sound judgement to independently resolve problems and address queries, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
Demonstrate initiative in managing processes and casework that deviate from standard procedures.
Qualifications, Training and Experience
2-3 years of relevant experiences
Diploma or above preferable in Human Resources related discipline
Organized, attentive to details and result-driven
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks against tight timeline
Strong computer literacy in MS Office
Fair command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Understanding of one/more than HR discipline would be a plus
