This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 12 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Information Technology (ITD) and the 3RS project teams for all matters related to IT applications
• Monitor the implementation and deployment progress of IT applications to ensure alignment with project timelines, operational requirements, and strategic business goals
• Collaborate with the IT Project Manager and Technical Services Leader (TSL) to prioritize on-site installation, application testing, and commissioning activities
• Manage and control budgets for application enhancement and upgrade initiatives under 3RS and 2RS
• Provide regular progress updates to ITD, highlighting key milestones, identifying potential risks, and recommending mitigation strategies
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor construction progress and the installation of application-related field devices
• Support and supervise IT system migration and integration efforts from the construction phase to operational readiness, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including application configurations, technical specifications, operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and lists of defects or outstanding works to facilitate effective handover and ongoing maintenance
