Senior Property Manager (Tsim Sha Tsui District)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the general property management / facility management services including but not limited to budget preparation, daily operation, routine repair and maintenance work, vendor management, incident management, health & safety, office administration and procurement.

• Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee the overall management of a portfolio of properties.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety, and environmental standards.

• Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from the customers and provide effective solutions.

• Able to maintain good relationships with all internal and external customers.

• Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 8 year’s relevant experience in building or facility management.

• Holding a valid PMP Tier 1 license is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances.

• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficient in MS applications with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage.
