Responsibilities

·         Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring effective candidate sourcing, screening, and selection

·         Develop and implement strategies for campus recruitment to engage with new graduates and interns

·         Support the recruitment process for imported labour, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements

·         Implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for applicant tracking systems, providing insights and feedback for improvements

·         Promote the organization's employer brand through various marketing and communication strategies

·         Implement and monitor the guidelines of the Scheme A program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements

·         Degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition

·         Strong independent working capabilities and a proactive mindset

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva

·         Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

·         Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and UAT processes is a plus
