Responsibilities:

• Assist the Customer Services Team in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction in prime commercial complex.

• Provide professional and responsive service to tenants, handling inquiries with efficiency and care.

• Communicate with Retail, Food & Beverage tenants for smooth promotion, implementation and execution of marketing activities.

• Support events from logistics and on-site assistance.

• Develop, prepare and illustrate design and artwork for event materials.

• Perform administrative tasks as required, including preparing reports, replying to emails, and other duty assignments.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Hotel Management / Property Management / Event Management or related discipline.

• 1 years of experience in customer services, preferably in facilities management, property management, hotel or airline.

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge in graphic design tools is an advantage

• Hands-on experience using MS Office applications.

• Cheerful, proactive, customer-oriented and able to communicate with guests with different cultural backgrounds.

• Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
