Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Design and Development teams to translate sketches into detailed Asia-fit tech packs.

• Create/update measurement charts, POMs, graded specs, and sample requests in PLM (from proto to size set/counter samples).

• Adapt European-fit styles to Asia FIT standards.

• Organise and prepare live model and dummy fit sessions.

• Lead fit reviews with designer, developer, studio, and market teams.

• Document clear fit comments with practical solutions.

• Assess fit, construction, and workmanship for proto, SMS, counter, and size set stages.

• Provide vendors with detailed fitting comments and technical solutions.

• Coordinate pattern corrections, construction updates, and PLM updates to reflect final market/design changes for bulk production.

• Clearly communicate modifications and respond promptly to vendor queries.

• Approve graded nest patterns after fit/style confirmation.

• Request and review Counter Approval Packages (CAP).

• Identify production/quality risks early and suggest simplifications.

• Report major fit/construction/workmanship risks to management.

• Resolve most fitting/construction issues before PPS stage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Degree in Fashion & Clothing, Clothing Technology, or related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant fitting experience in a buying office or brand environment.

• Strong working knowledge of Asia FIT standards, spec creation, and PLM systems.

• Prior experience with outdoor, sports, or casual brands is essential.

• Solid understanding of fitting and workmanship for outdoor jackets, bottoms, and mid-layers (knowledge of accessories is a plus).

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Lectra Modaris, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PLM software.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Able to work under pressure, handle short lead times, and maintain high attention to detail.

• Strong team player with good communication and coordination skills.

• Based in Hong Kong regional office; willing to travel to overseas factories when required.
