CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER (CONTROL ROOM)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor control room facilities and equipment

• Handle incoming calls and report to necessary parties if necessary

• Follow and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for incident handling

• Report irregularities and the actions taken in writing to supervisors

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• 5 days/ week

• 2-3 years' experience in control room, customer service or relevant working experience.

• Attentive to detail, quick response with good coordination and communication skill.

• Require to work on shift according to the duty roster including weekends and public holidays.

• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Security Personnel Permit (SPP) required

• Proficiency in PC

• Immediate availability is preferred.
