What you’ll do

• Handle both external and internal calls from helpdesk & switchboard

• Hospitality services: Meet and greet clients and visitors and serving beverages to guests

• Meeting room bookings, coordination for meeting room setup and restoration for client and staff meetings and events, and assist with client and staff meetings and events when required

• Coordinate with IT for video conference booking

• Manage Front of House (FOH) & client suite area

• Provide assistance to visitors & staff in relation to services provided for FOH

• Assist and follow up any services request raised from client’s staff

• Assist in report preparation assigned by Manager

• Assist the FoH, Administrator, Corporate Services Manager in any ad-hoc tasks when required.

Key qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder preferably in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related discipline

• At least 5 years’ experience in hospitality/ receptionist role in large / multi-national firms

Personal skills you excel

• Presentable, independent, good communications & interpersonal skills

• Proficient in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good PC skills required
