Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily HR operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, on-boarding and off-boarding arrangement, staff movement handling, employee relations etc.

• Job advertisement posting, sourcing, offer and contract preparation.

• Handle work injury cases and labour dispute cases.

• Payroll & MPF calculation, cost analysis, prepare salary reports and documentation.

• Participate in various salary and benefit surveys to keep abreast of latest market practice.

• Liaise and maintain good relationships with all internal and external parties and handle HR related enquiries.

• Assist in handling ad-hoc HR related projects or assignments, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

• At least 1 year relevant working experiences, preferably gained in a sizable organization operating in dynamic, high volume industries.

• Experiences in handling EC and labour dispute cases is a must.

• Mature, detail-minded, willing-to-learn and fast paced.

• Sound knowledge in C&B &/ generalist practices and HRIS applications is preferred.

• Show strong interest in developing career as HR Generalist.

• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other related legal requirements.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
