• Responsible for providing administrative support to the Department

• DSE or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Good communication skills and attentive to details

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
