This role oversees the development and procurement of the company's FCL ocean product, with a strong focus on Intra‑Asia trade lanes. The position manages carrier relations, pricing, and RFQ support to enhance competitiveness and drive regional volume growth.

Description

• Develop and enhance the company's FCL ocean freight product, with a primary focus on Intra‑Asia trade lanes.
• Support the rollout of trade strategies to grow volume, improve competitiveness, and capture new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Trade Lead on product planning and execution.

• Engage with carriers to secure competitive rates and clarify commercial terms.
• Review and validate FAK and contract rates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and update rate data, contracts, and pricing information in internal systems.

• Prepare pricing, rate inputs, and related documents for RFQs and tenders.
• Monitor space allocation, resolve carrier‑related issues, and coordinate with internal stakeholders when needed.
• Generate regular trade performance reports and support volume tracking for key customers.

• Assist in preparing routing guides, carrier assignments, and contract documentation following successful tender awards.
• Create presentation materials for carrier reviews and internal commercial meetings.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Solid experience in ocean freight procurement, pricing, or trade management within a freight forwarder or carrier.
• Strong exposure to Intra‑Asia trade is essential.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager / Manager level.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
