Responsibilities

• Undertake project management and contractor supervision for the implementation of projects involving HV/LV equipment installation/replacement work with associated electrical, building service and builder's works within the operating railway environment.

• Support end‑to‑end project management functions, including planning, budgeting, tendering, risk management, programme and cost control, quality and safety assurance, and change management.

• Review contractor submissions, monitor and report all site activities, including work progress, testing and commissioning, defect rectification, and as‑built drawing compilation.

• Coordinate and manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders across relevant disciplines to ensure timely project completion within budget and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline

• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in construction management  

• Solid experience in operating railway projects is an advantage

• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
