Job Description

What you'll do:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable functions, including 3-way matching and ensure supporting are in compliance with HKPC policies, Non-PO payments with proper approval; organize payment batch by specific grouping, ensure payments are properly approved and processed within payment term

• Perform Vendor Master maintenance

• Ensure Concur staff expense claims reimbursement are in compliance with HKPC policies/internal procedures/funding guidelines

• Prepare monthly schedules and reconciliations such as banks, AP & related accounts.  Prepare supporting information for audits and liaise with internal auditor/external auditors

• Maintain accounting records/reports and ensure proper filing of records on a timely basis

• Support finance digitalization projects including bank connectivity, enhancement in payment automation, KPI reports

• Support Fund Disbursement payments

• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as requested

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/related disciplines, or tertiary studies with 3 years or more solid experiences in Accounts Payable/Accounting duties 

• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Concur is an advantage 

• Strong sense of accountability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

• A team player with willing-to-learn and can-do attitude

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Adobe

• Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
