Responsibilities

• Assist in handling day-to-day administration for a commercial building managed by the Corporation, including marketing and coordination with customers
• Carry out daily operation of loading bay, common areas of shopping areas and office buildings
• Address customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Liaise with contractors, stakeholders and internal departments

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in at least 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management / customer service
• Strong interpersonal skill and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge in accounting is an advantage

Remarks

• Required to wear uniforms and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
