Responsibilities:
 

• Assist in the overall day-to-day operation of a sizable residential clubhouse

• Handle enquiries and provide excellent services to customers

• Duties include counter service, facilities booking and checking and assisting in organizing recreational activities/festive events etc.

• Perform other duties assigned by Customer Service Centre

Requirements:
 

• Degree or Diploma or above in Recreation & Sports, Club House Management or Hotel Management preferred

• At least 4 years’ experience in Club, Hotel management and customer service preferred

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required

• Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing

• Shift duty is required

• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Club Officer / Assistant Club Officer
