Our client, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Admin & Business Support Supervisor/ Assistant Manager - Japanese Speaking (5 days/ TST)

Job Descriptions:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support

• Prepare reports including sales reports

• Assist in internal audit

• Assist in HR duties

• Ad hoc project

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any related disciplines 

• Min 4 years working experience in Admin/ Supporting Position is preferred

• Native in spoken Cantonese, good command in English, Mandarin & Japanese (JLPT N2)

• Proficient in MS Office

• Proactive, flexible, with good communication skills & problem solving skills

• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE or SHORT NOTICE is highly preferable
