The incumbent will be responsible for on-site food manufacturing inspection, handling daily food safety and quality assurance activities to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard and HACCP requirements. He/ She also needs to perform regular checking and provide recommendations on improvement.

• Higher Diploma graduate in Food Science or equivalent;
• At least 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably gained in Food Manufacturing Industry;
• Self-motivated, hard-working and independent;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quality Assurance Assistant;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
